I once posited that the guy in charge of Heart was responsible for curbing Captain Planet's destructive tendencies so that he would only smite the bad guy of the week, instead of going on to scour civilization from the face of the Earth. Or in other words, yes, I'd play it

Freeman Moxy: Time Saviour (working title)

Earth! 1963. A very different place to the world we know today.

Between the three great powers of evil stand naught but tiny pockets of resistance, all of whom look up to the one remaining bastion of light and goodness: the Belgian States of America, and their fearless leader Monsieur Kennedy!



In his orbital space pod, the magnificent Timelord Bowie stands towering before the four of you. He has braved many dangers, and risked disrupting the continuums of many Histories to bring you together! He has sped through time and travelled through space to form a fearsome band of the best the many different humanities have had to offer. He is dressed entirely in sequins!



It is your destiny to bring down the Unholy Triangle of Evil and destroy this suffering so massive it is bleeding into different Histories, spreading despair on an interdimensional scale and breeding evil throughout a hundred different galaxies.

It is your destiny to defeat ROBOSTALIN, dinoHITLER, and Chairman Miaow, the most awful genocidal dictators known across a million timelines!

It is your destiny… to SAVE FREEDOM!

Bio: (you can describe why David Bowie picked you to save FREEDOM if you want; you can also suggest what your character’s strengths might be: this might help me write up the character sheet)

I will accept the four characters who are historically most apt and that work together best (and that inspire me), and then draw up the final sheets in twenty four hours!

It'd need a better title though, in any case, and I’d have to redo the villains' pictures. They're too awful to show here.

(First European to arrive on the eastern side of Australia, with his fleet, just in case you didn't know. Very famous guy down here in Aus. Also the first European to encounter Hawaii, so he's a pretty cool guy.)

I'd probably give him something like ANIMAL TAMER to begin with, I can't think of a suitable special move yet.
