One of my animals is magenta. Why?

In my list of animals, I have Stray Sow (Tame) in magenta. Why is she magenta?

Most definitely both. Think about it - what do nobles do? Consume your resources, whine when they don't get good enough stuff, and hang around your meeting area or their rooms, doing nothing (in some cases). Animals consume your grass (aesthetics and all that), blink with hunger when they don't get enough (and that flashing is pretty annoying if you have a few), and hang around your pasture doing nothing (unless being milked or slaughtered).

This is why I'm going to start making my barons butchers and milkers.

Assuming you play with standard colors; if it's the same bright shade of purple as the one used in the death announcements, that's the standard color of pigs, it's normal. If it's darker, as the purple in the forum, i don't really know.

Oh. If it's magenta, then pigs are always that, right? It's the closest colour to the commonly used pink.
