Okay, found out my internet at home is terribad! But, luckily, Think0028 is hosting the bot, which seems to be running smoothly. So, if you want to help test the bot, feel free to while I'm away for the weekend!

Things that have been changed:
Added some classes: Archeologist, Illusionist, Paladin.
To compensate for the additional classes, a random 6 classes will be chosen each game to pick from.
Downgraded "of Death" items, since there wasn't nearly enough dying going around.
Added a few actions that aren't in items yet.
"!help item/class/action" works for all available items, classes, and actions!
Runs legitimate games! Though, it might be a little bland right now with the bot.

Also, you'll need 3 people to play a game. So, if you have any time, please help me make RogueBot better.

Night action targets are working now! Which means most artifacts can work as well.

Also, any input here would be nice, since no one else is giving ideas :(

If you wish to help test, feel free to join #roguebot in about 7 hours from this post. I plan on doing day actions as my next addition. That should allow for a completely workable game.

Hmm...I've never been a big fan of CCGs - I mean, I did and still do collect Pokemon cards, but I never got heavily into the battling and trading thing.

By definition that makes you a fan since you still buy them.

Well, the difference is mostly to do with the questing part of the game. Since some actions are delayed and some are instantaneous, I have to differentiate between them.

Roguelike 3 is coming, so I've updated the info spreadsheet.

Changes:

Classes:

Ranger now has 33% redirect resistance.
Added Paladin:  You start with a Scroll of Inspection in addition to a random common.  All inspections on you return Town.
Added Transmuter:  As a day action, you may combine two items of the same rarity to get one random item one rarity higher.  Two rares will transmute into another rare.

New Items:
Scroll of Misdirection (U):  All players attempting to target you tonight are redirected randomly.
Scroll of Teleport (U):  You are protected from one kill tonight.
Scroll of Replacement [C]: All other actions that would target the target tonight are redirected to you.
Scroll of Hellfire [A]:  Your target, your target's target, and everyone targeting your target dies.  This effect will not kill you.
Scroll of Remove Curse [C]: Target is immune to "Curse" class effects for the night. Any ongoing curses are removed.
Scroll of Remove Blessing* [C]: Target is immune to "Blessing" class effects for the night. Any ongoing blessings are removed.

*This name sucks.  Suggestions for a better one?

Changed Items:
Scroll of Wishing is now Magic Lamp.  It's still one shot with the same effect- it just no longer counts as a scroll.
Magic Marker is now a day action with no specific restrictions.  Cannot target artifact scrolls.
Wand of Probing is now a common.
Brooch of the Phoenix redone:  If you are killed at night, you and everyone else who died that night come back to life, and the brooch is lost.
Foo of Paralysis renamed to Foo of Slowing.
Foo of Roleblock renamed to Foo of Paralysis.
Scroll of Distraction renamed to Scroll of Confusion.
Foo of Ill Will can now also curse your armor.
Isochron Scepter:  Now able to target rare scrolls.  The produced staff can only be used at night, so no daykill staff for you.
Scroll of Cloning is now a day action.  To compensate for this, the actual cloning replaces your day-end action.
Excalibur now gives the holder an inspect action, but no longer makes inspections unblockable.


Removed Items:
Wand of Slowing (the old one) is removed.
Scroll of Confusion (the old one) is removed.

A player can randomly stumble upon an altar where they can tithe it for an item of rare or higher rarity.
