The Cavemen! (The revival)
« on: March 27, 2011, 03:12:48 pm »

Yes, a revival of the Caveman story. I am Hoborobo234 btw, I forgot my password. I have decided to do this with a twist. A massive twist.

So, you have 7 Dwarves Men. No Skills. No Tech. No items. No food.

3 men and 4 women.

The cavemen are in a dark cave. You can't see anything except from a stream of light coming down through a hole in the ceiling, which is just above head height.

What do they do?

The group head north and gather round the opening. Light pours down into the cave. Far above, the sky is a pale white. Jumping up, Walt hauls himself out into the world. The "Cavemen" appear to be on a giant Mesa. The ground is made of a cool dark wood. Behind our group is a wall. To the modern eye this would appear to be some sort of kitchen, only massive. Our Cavemen don't know this and are baffled by their surroundings.

To the North is another wall. The room stretches very far to the west. The "mesa" continues along the wall. There is a sink mid-way between the Cavemen and a large white obelisk, which is a Refrigerator.

Light pours in through a large window to the south west. The East opens out onto a further room

[Is this suitable, do you think? Cavemen crossed with "The Borrowers"?]

There is nothing that can be used for food on the counter this side of the sink.

The group scout up to the sink and peer down. There is un washed crockery in it's chrome depths. Far below, on the floor, a small dog snuffles about. Sniffing the floor, also searching for snacks.

Jumping down on the dogs back is too far and risky a fall to manage without apparatus.

The strongest caveman, Walt, attempts to turn the large and un-weidly handle of the tap. Water begins to pour down, spraying the cavemen in a soft haze of water. Slowly, as the water level rises, water begins to over flow and onto the floor. The dog, disgruntled and slightly scared, begins to bark.

Find string and paperclips

EDIT: make them into grapples, climb cupboards in search for baking soda and vinegar

There is no string or paper clips around. It is possible that there is something on the other side of the sink.

The sink continues to flow. A dish is floated up and is instantly marooned on the side of the counter.

Walt and a female caveman are getting hungry.

Walt & hungry woman (let's call her Elizabeth Elanor): Lick the foodstuffs encrusted on the bottom of the unwashed dishes. And remember to keep a cheekful for later.

I agree with this course of action with the caveat of lets call her squirts.
