Make all sorts of files going into detail about the shady underhand dealings and horrbile crimes merk tech did. Also have a popular person in the Shealter be killed and make it look like red did it.

It appears you have your math wrong, BD. If opinion prior to this update was 28% Blue, 72% Red, and opinion was increased 15% total in Red's favour, then public opinion ought to be 13% Blue, 87% Red, not 33% Blue, 67% Red as you say.
