You are Shepard-Net Politic-Computer 834940. You are in a vault that has two political sides, the BLUE Bloc and the RED Bloc. You are in control of the less popular BLUE Bloc, while another computer is in control of the RED Bloc. Every year a new leader is voted for and depending on their Bloc, the computer in charge of that Bloc gains complete control. You have been losing the elections for a few years now, but your planning on more effective means of gaining the popular vote.

Rules:
1. You must try to sway the Vault Dwellers opinion of the BLUE Bloc to your favor.
2. Public opinion of the RED Bloc is currently at 90%, and depending on the actions you do it will either help or not help your efforts.
3. You have five important political members of your Bloc, so does the other Bloc.
4. Killing is allowed, but if the populace finds out your public opinion will go towards the other Bloc.
5. Public Suspicion starts at 0%, but will slowly increase/decrease depending on your actions. If the vault reaches 100% then they will hate the BLUE bloc and get rid of you.
6. The killing of important members of the opposing bloc will increase the public opinion to you, only if the public realizes it isn't you that did it.

Pro-Blue drones have been given out to those who accepted the offer. They follow them around and help them out with daily tasks while spouting pro-blue propaganda. The RED Bloc computer is not amused by this and sends out Pro-Red Drones.

...That's brilliant! I can't believe we didn't think of that! ...Except, how do we stop the real Red Computer from breaking up the party and exposing our charade? Remember, Red Computer has absolute control at the present.

Consider what the public will see if the plan fails:

RED computer announces a party.
RED computer calls the party off.
It comes to light that RED computer had drugged the punch, messed with the cookies and pranked the loo.
RED computer blames all of this insanity on the BLU computer.
Conclusion: RED computer is freaking crazy.

Hey, here is a suggestion for flavor:

Change the company name each time you choose a new computer. I like to think every company who sprouted up during the period before the nukes launched were just sides on the same stupid stupid coin.

Also, it's not set in the Fallout Universe, it's set in a thinly veiled rip-off of it.

Anyway, secretly put depressants in the Blue's supply, and run adverts saying that Reds are 90% percent happier then Blues. It's true.

Maintenance bots have placed depressants in the Blue Bloc's water supply, they aren't that effective but the adverts seem to be persuading some people.

Anyway, edit the information banks so now instead of (Insert Your Least Favorite Country/Corporation Here), the RED computer did it all.

Disguising BLUE Bots as RED Bots is nearly impossible, each set of bots has their own programming and behaviors, decided upon by the computers.

Files for the Vault have been replaced to show that instead of the U.S.A. starting the war, it was the Merk Tech. RED-Computer 2436. The undecided people are very annoyed by this, and some join your side!
