Be sure to keep out blue elves that might make a home of it. However, if you can generate a cookie factory/massive bakery within and sell the cookies/pastries, then you'll have good a source of revenue.

Change biscuits to cookies in the raws and sell only them.

Not made by the same company.

We can always give new meaning to Fiddle Sticks or Grassshoppers.

EDIT:
Then again, we can always include Rhesus Pieces in a batch.

We can also produce batches with Mares & Mutts (M&Ms).

I'd considered doing something like this before, but gave up on the idea for lack of a wish to cheat.

Mod, sure, but cheat?

The Sawmill from Hunter's Moon might be useful here.  Basically it turns 1 wooden log into 10 wooden logs.

If you manage to actually finish this...

... then make sure you render it properly in an external program, and use Poser to show a horrified elf gazin upon it's dead tree majesty ;)

Dwarven bonus: Put elf cages everywhere so they can watch you slowly destroy their precious nature.

Burn your wood into ash first and then build your tree out of that.

Ah, an ash tree. May want to mod in the tormented souls of elves to enslave and turn into residents. Custom reaction: Elf+fire= elf wraith?
