I think the problem may be when i moved all my workshops down a few levels as well as my stockpiles, i have around 60 dwarfs who refuse to haul any of the stuff from the old cleared stockpiles and any new stuff tho the new stockpiles, dwarfs can construct new buildings and haul stone and other thing to them fine, they just dont like the new furniture and goods stockpiles...

Are your old stockpiles still up? Are you sure the new stockpiles are set properly for what they should hold? Are the stockpiles already full of stone?

Are you trying to specify a specific material, such as stone?

Probably something up with the stockpile settings, although I'd put outside odds on something burrow related.

Check for pathing errors. They're more likely than you think.

It sounds like you may have toggled furniture storage in the orders menu (o --> u , if my memory serves me right).
