That's a pretty ballsy claim.  It's almost the same thing Org tried to pull off during the last BYOR (and well, it was true, if only because somebody else refreshed his ability). So he should know how overpowered a resurrect is, yet alone 3. And the protect claim looks like an attempt to not get lynched. All in all, this looks like a lie to me.
