Core Structure:-There are two phases, the TBS Phase, and the Nomic Phase.
-The two phases begin and end upon declaration by the thread creator(Tylui).
-The game ends when one TBS player remains.
Nomic:-Rule changes may be referred to as 'subjects'.
-Members of the Nomic Council may propose subjects.
-Members of the Nomic Council may vote upon subjects.
-If a subject has majority favor, the rules are changed accordingly.
-There may be no more than 5 subjects to be voted upon during a Nomic Phase.
-There will be a period of 24 hours for subjects to be chosen, then 24 hours for voting.
-If all subjects have been decided upon, then the voting period may commence early.
-If all subjects have been voted upon by all Nomic Council members, then the turn may be resolved early.
-The thread creator(Tylui) may vote on subjects in the nomic phase, his vote counts as 4 votes.
-The thread creator(Tylui) may not vote on subjects for this or the previous ruling's removal.
TBS:-There will be a period of 24 hours for players to send in their moves to the thread creator via PM.
-Failure to send in a move results in the turn progressing without action from that player.
-If all players have made their moves, then the turn may be resolved early.
-Gameplay is in reference to an image which will serve as a map.
-Each TBS player has an HQ, which when destroyed removes them from the game.
-TBS players may create one 'invention' per TBS Phase, which modify the game rules much like a nomic subject. If this invention is a unit, it may be constructed at their HQ on subsequent TBS Phases. Rules for inventions are added to a unique spoiler for that player.
-All TBS players have access to a 'Soldier' unit, which can move at 1 square per turn. If a Soldier moves into a space occupied by an enemy unit or structure, that unit or structure is destroyed.
-An HQ can only produce 1 unit per turn.
-Each space may only contain 1 unit or structure at any given time.
-Nothing can be placed or moved outside the cobblestone borders of the map.
-There are several terrain types with unique rules for units:
- Grass is your basic type of terrain.
- Cobblestone is completely and utterly impassable.
- Forests take two moves to move though for vehicles and offer a 25% chance of survival for units that are killed in them.
- Water can only be moved over by units with the ability to do so.
- Hills increase the range of fire by one and take two moves for vehicles to move though.
- Magma can only be crossed by flying units.
-Arguing too much can result in a Pineapple Demon attacking the offending players units.
-Cobble borders can be destroyed by special units, and terrain outside the starting map can be explored. New terrain will be randomly generated as this happens.
-There are several resources:
- Wood.
- Stone.
- Metal.
- Food.
- Energy.
