Sinpwn: Begin playing ambient background music for the party. +5 to hit shall be had by all.

Japa: Attempt to make use of box contents in a fireball.
Ragnarok: Go see a doctor/Restoration Mage/White Mage/Whateverthehellyouwanttocallthem.

Kisame: 5
You pick an amulet up off of the ground and put it on. The magically conjured armor mixes with your chestpiece and becomes magical power armor. Damn you.
The ground begins to rumble, and your armor heats up a bit.
Sinpwn:
You play some BGM.
Your lute suddenly makes a loud squelching sound, and the ground begins to rumble.
01101:
You don't know how to cast magic, but you head down into the undertunnels to smash Mudcrabs anyway.
Roll to hit: 6
You club a rat in the head with your warhammer. Bawss.
Something suddenly feels very, very wrong. The ground begins to shake. Bits of old gunk begin to fall off of the ceiling.
TolyK:
You shoot the breeze with a mage for a while, while he pays for drinks. Turns out magic 'round here works via a series of special symbols which are recited mentally and describe an effect which the caster wants to achieve. It's all very interesting. Apparently, though, the symbols have to be memorized in a certian way, which requires that spells usually have to be made with the assistance of an enchanted spellmaking table. After the spell is made, it can be expressed using the same symbols used to invoke it. The magical component of the symbols is transferred along with the knowledge of the symbols themselves.
You are interrupted by sudden tremors.
Japa: 1
You think magical thoughts, and open the box, intending to absorb its powers.
The ground begins to rumble menacingly.
Rag:
You buy a Potion of Cure Disease from the general store. It heals you up nicely.
You feel a powerful burst of magic, and the ground begins to rumble.
Shardz:
You shoot bear in hed. It dies. Haha, silly bear with no hed.
