Tyberix(GM'd): Continue to LB's place.

Tyberix:

You decide you haven't got anything more to discuss with the Avatar, so you just continue down the road for a few minutes until you get to Lord British's castle.

Steve unceremoniously dumps the bodies out of the cargo hold on Dupre's back and onto Lord British's dinner table. You can smell that they're suffering from the less pleasant symptoms of Sarin poisoning, though that might also have something to do with the soiled diapers the Avatar was carrying around in that cargo hold. You also notice one body that you don't recognize, a man with blue robes and a large yellow hat which has mysteriously remained attached despite the trip.

Lord British rolls his eyes and waves his hand, raising everyone from the dead and completely restoring their injuries.

Text:

Everyone gets a nights rest and a fresh change of clothes from the castle.

As you are about to leave, Steve hands Tyberix a small device labeled "TOAST Industries Hidden Entity Scanner Micro". It has three buttons, the leftmost one is labeled "Ignore", the middle has the power symbol on it, and the rightmost is labeled "Clear blacklist".

"It's been reprogrammed to detect corrupted life forms. You'll find it useful. There's a TOAST Industries base that you're going to want to be at in a couple of hours," she says, checking her pocketwatch. "You'll find it, just head down the road for a few miles. Bye."

The Avatar leaves.

You notice the fellow with the hat and the robes is standing around looking somewhat confused. You greet him, and he introduces himself as Ragnarok.

Statuses:

Frelock: Medic

I dunno, you guys have survived Thomas the tank engine, golems, zombies, nuclear explosions, laser whales, and being on the same team as ragnarock.  I don't think something as tame as a world ending rain of lava will even slow you guys down.

Wait, Blizzagra? I think you mean Blizzara.

"Eh, where the hell am I? and... HEY! WHERE THE HELL DID ALL OF MY DOOMSDAY SPELLS GO?"
the Black Mage grumbles for a bit about his lack of the ability to launch Hadokens at things.

Also, if there was a Netland Online, would you play it? How about a Netland JRPG?

JRPG: YES.

Only of it's free. I don't have the money for... Well, anything, really.

As I keep with the party, try popping a few golems for extra protection.

JRPG: YES.

I'll get right on that.
Just as soon as a learn C++.
Which is not going to happen ever, because I fail.

I always thought modern MMOs don't come anywhere near the potential of the idea. Like with Runescape. Yeah, I have quests, runes, there's other people there who occasionally say things. Can I interact with them? Barely. Can I affect the world at large? HELL FUCKING NO. Every player has his on little copy of the universe that other people go around dropping shit in. It's stupid. It's just a bad JRPG with more than one person playing it concurrently.

If I were to make an MMORPG, I'd make it sandbox. Make your own damn story, it's a fucking Role Playing Game. Play some Roles, in a Massively Multiplayer Online sort of fashion. Like with GGT. I was going to make it into an MMO, where you could raise an empire and do shit. I think EVE Online has that sort of stuff too.

Speaking of GGT, and therefore YAWUIACC... WHARS THE TURN RAG

Only of it's free. I don't have the money for... Well, anything, really.

The JRPG might be free, but an MMO probably couldn't. It'd have to be supported by ad revenue, which just plain wouldn't work on a small scale.
