Taricus: 4

You point at the monster and laugh. It grabs you with its tentacles!

Fuzzy: 3

You summon up another golem. The tentacles swipe at it, leaving deep indentations in the clay but not quite knocking it over.

It slowly stumbles towards the monster and takes a swing.

Roll to hit: 3

The golem hits the monster just above its center of gravity. It goes reeling back, dropping Taricus as it tries to keep itself upright.

Tyberix: 3

You grab a tentacle and PROD WITH THE PROD. The monster is distracted enough that it loses its balance and falls over.

Bdthemag: 4

You open up your terminal and write a mentally-triggered macro that will allow you to summon a cone of thermal energy from your palm. In other words, you can now shoot fireballs out of your hand.

Trollan: 5

You psionically blast the monster, which is now on the ground. It writhes in pain.

Frelock: 5

You begin turning the monster into a pincushion, adding to its already loud cries as it tries desperately to get back on its undersized feet.

TolyK: 6

You run away from the monster as fast as you can, and get into the evidence locker room. All of the lockers are labeled with "EXPLOSIVES!", for some reason. You search them and find a block of C4 plastic explosive, and a detonator.

Noticed a slight mistake: I have the Melonium .357 in my inventory, but it should be in TolyK's, because I gave it to him.

You could try innovating instead of just saying "SHOOT IT LAWL". For example,

Psionically resist the movement of its tentacles, or Try to get into its head and confuse it further.

I wonder if the building full of explosives is a good place to shoot fireballs ;P

Get the stealth pistol out.Aim for the head. Think up One Liner. Shoot.
