Here is the idea.
You know the vaults from Fallout? If you don't, then they were fallout shelters who were secretly social experiments. And you get to control a vague rip-off of them!
Basically, you are a computer of a Fallout Shelter housing 10 people, and you have one goal: Drive everyone to madness. You post on this very thread what to do to the person or persons to drive them closer to the brink of insanity.
Rules:
1: Every turn a ration of food is consumed. Once the food stock runs out, you lose the game and have to try again. Try to drive people mad quickly.
2: Feel free to check up on info from your databanks. I will be happy to write up some fluff. This doesn't count as an action.
3: You can do specific actions to people (Do more damage, only hurts one person though.) or you can do mass actions (Small amount of damage, hurts all.) Warning: You can only do one action per turn.
4: Be creative. Madness ain't predictable honey.
5: You can do anything. You control the vertical and the horizontal. You can control what goes on the Public Announcement Speakers, the computers of the survivors, you can move stuff around, you can even create almost perfect illusions. And the best thing is, the door is always shut. The survivors aren't going anywhere.
6: Non-serious suggestions will be taken in a joking manner. Anything relating to the cake and it's status will be ignored. That joke should have died along with the short lived Cancer-Man meme.
