Alright, unless someone can help me with making screenshots (print screen is deciding to take pictures of my desktop and not the game), you'll just have to make do with descriptions.

Latino design.
6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (3 bath tubs, no shower), pool.

Latino design.
5 bedrooms, no bathrooms, pool, outdoor bar & grill, outdoor tables and chairs.
Cost:
61,930

House 3:
American design.
6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (3 bathtubs, no showers), 2 fireplaces, loft, full kitchen.
Cost:
77,874

House 4:
American design.
No bedroom, half bathroom (no bathtubs, no showers), half kitchen, wood stove, out-of-the-way/secluded.
Cost:
12,147

Use the in-game snapshot feature, then get the pictures out of your documents folder.

On the Sims 2 icon on the desktop, go into properties. Look for target. When you see target, add '-w' without the quotations to the end of it. Like this -
\The Sims 2\TSBin\Sims2.exe" -w

It will make the game start in windowed mode, and should make screenshots possible.

Edit: Or just use the screenshot feature.

Well, I don't think it'd be like your sim actually had them, it's just that, officially, he adopted them.
He'll still have memories that he had them, though.
