Kids with strange moods?

I just had a kid go into a strange mood. Is this supposed to happen, considering you don't have control over their labor?

   

I've also had kids that have organized parties before at tables.

I have more legendary children from moods than regular dwarves. Then again, my fortress is about a 1.5:2 child to dwarf ratio, so that's not wholly unexpected. ( Removing Multiple Litter Rare tag ftw! )

Ahh, you made it eh? I'd probably download it but I would fail completely attempting to install it, and I think the resolution is different from mine.
