the !!unrefined data!! will vanish at the end of this turn, it was from the chain reaction explosion cause by those Dark Blasters attacking the Data Refinery.

I understand, it just seems he is in a bad situation.

EDIT: As part of my turn, I route some of my extra power to power his buildings.

EDITEDIT: I then build walls all to the West of my turf along with most of the South, leaving P47 open.

They're mobile tile capturers. they color tiles in for you until something else takes the spot. no actual attacking, since they shouldn't be near the front lines, they should be somewhere you want to take land in.
