Some Buildings were completed.
Collection turn!
Red: 325 Color + 1340C = 1665C!
Blue: 325 Color + 290C = 615C 465C, turn done.
Black: 700 Color + 240C = 940C
Pink: 125 Color + 340C = 465C

I've got da dwarf lord's action already, go ahead and send/post the rest now.

For trading, can you work something in that allows for commerce raiding? Data packets/caravans or supply lines so that you have to defend your trade with troops

No it does not. You aren't just allowed to build empty bases everywhere though, thats what outposts are for.

How do you get mark/tier 2 buildings? My action is to build data refineries around the NE area of my influence.

You need base slots to build more base buildings, unless you wanted to put generators out there instead. base slots are in bases, or outposts.

Trading: Not sure how I'll display the trade routes on the mapp, but you can build a trader anywhere near your goods (power, Color Reserves [once one of you strike upon one, think oil well, but of color], other things  you haven't found yet, or whatever you feel like trading. Raidable, if they're raided too much the merchants will kill the route in favor of less loss-ridden ones.

Upgrading: 5k Color per Base to upgrade to Tier 2, no other buildings that turn except walls and repairing damaged ones. Tier 2 unlocks Research and other stuff. Must have at least 2 Data Refineries.

You get 10 Color per tile per collection turn, including temp. tiles covered by troops.

Red has a lot of Guard towers, which claim all tiles within thier sight unless a stronger claim (base, outpost, turret, generator, or other non-guard tower building of a different color) has say over it. two conflicting towers will collapse, so don't get to close. (or do if you're planning sabotage).

Crappy guard towers have a sight radius of two, which is 25 tiles total per tower, except the ones too close to the side, which have 5 tiles less. That adds up quick. (the "w/ Red Scout just means theres a Red Scout on the same tile")

Turn 3, it is!

Everyone except Red has been boosted up to 600C, since this is a rather lopsided start due to lemon going the opposite approach of everyone else with his rapid expansion.

Edit: once again, da dwarf lord lords over the position of first action given, and now there are two actions. I start updating sometime after the third one, or tomorrow.
