Flows still seem to cause crash error

If you save or abandon when there is an active flow like  flood or magma flood my game crashes if i try to reclaim or enter in adventure mode it still crashes.

I'm pretty sure people are saving without trouble while flows are moving.  Do you have an active save that reproduces the crash when you abandon?
