I'm on break, let's talk trade.

v33b, my mayor is 'On Break' but he's conducting a meeting with the liaison without any problems. Not that I'm complaining, but I don't think this is supposed to happen, or if it is, then it should say 'Conducting Meeting' not 'On Break' as his job.
