Emma adjusted the weight of her bookbag against her shoulder as she walked. Her books were heavier than they had any right to be and she couldn't wait until she got to her room so she could throw them in the corner and forget about them for the vacation. Mmm, wonder what I should do tomorrow. She had overheard there was a science-type thing tomorrow, a convention or something. Maybe that would be noteworthy, if outside her interests. If she couldn't think of anything else it would be something to check out, anyway.

She glanced over at the hospital as she passed. Her aunt Anice was in there at the time after a heart-attack scare - thankfully it was nothing, but she was staying another two days for observation - and since Emma was staying at her place for the duration of her studies the house would be empty for awhile. I dunno if I really feel like inviting anybody over, though. She tucked a strand of hair behind her ear and picked up the pace, thinking about what to do at home after she was able to put down this heavy bag.

ok, i will allow trades, but there are two caveats

1) It must fit you're character, if it's not obvious explain
2) you lose 2 points in any combination of characteristics to gain 1 point elsewhere, the maximum (before traits) is 6 the minimum (also before traits) is 1

Arrg! Not only was the parent interview painful, but the parent was also late for it! Now the craft stores are closed, Kai's only choice is to do what all teachers do when in a bind. Improvise!
