((I sure as hell they are. I really feel like I must have run over Iituem's puppy by moment.))

Except said puppy is a daemon. Most of robert's infantry are still intact and capable of a fight.

Well they only have one galleon holding trade blockaded. And well, If we assume he gains all the cash from that blockade we're humped -anyways-. Hes made a fair amount raiding too. If we cant run him down, he'll come back. But he'll find no solace in the northern parts of Imperia! (Or maybe he will, I dont own all of it yet.)
My suggestion is still take out his wounded galleons before they repair. Could restore trade, but that restoration may not last long, yknow?

Well, we don't know where they are, and they will build more.

Yup, but we do not know where they are. And once the trade route are open, I should be able to build up troops faster than he does.

Actually I'm afraid that thos wounded galleons will be repaired by the time a battle occur. And his ground troops can just jump back into the ships by the time I get there. That's why I'm waiting for Iituem to tell me what will happen with his troops.

And that trade route will stay open for one turn before it's shut of again.

I'd pledge more cash to assist, but..well, I may have to deal with giant birds next turn.

Actually, looking at my own turn, it seems like wounded units don't fight. That means that I'd get 3 Galleons and 9 Mariners againt at most 6 mariners and 3 pirates. And I'd have Hero bonus as well, if I commit Bearskin. With a possibility of turning some of them to my side.

Now, of course, we have to account for Iituem's craftiness. He's up to something with those grounds troops running away. Actually, he may be hoping to get Bearskin while my troops are away. I think I'll go and attack those 3 ships.

Oh, I forgot to account for something. He may have been building more ships. Those marienrs could come back with a vengeance.

Terenos, I know you're afraid of birds, but would you consider helping me anyway? The opening of the trade route would more than pay for itself.

The ships were most likely abandoned due to their wounded status. A skeleton crew may have been left to try to sail them to a nearby port for repairs, but honestly as they're wounded you should face no opposition. You'll still lose the trade for this turn, but cost him 3 Galleons. And maybe even add some to your fleet eh?

We'll see what(if anything) the event shows. May not even be in my lands. And if its not there/not threatening me, you'll have some measure of support. Should be makin about $3500 next turn, could spare some to get trade reopened!

Yup, except if he's bringing back his troops on newly-built ships.

Worst case scenario he is, and you're humped. So you may as well try for it. Best case scenario? Hes not, and you score a victory against his fleet.

Safe bet is hitting the blockade galleon, restoring trade for a turn at the least. You'd just have more galleons to deal with later.
