I want it said I approve of this in at least 3 ways.

I would assume, theres nothing preventing even land based raiders from hiring boats. Or acquiring them. Hes just a faction, with no actual territory. One can assume he can move freely through neutral lands (possibly even the Old Empire). He can raid territories as he sees fit. And will likely be hired out by whoever can afford him/needs more army.

Now, Knowing him as I do. I will share the following. He will get the 'job' done. And don't stiff him on payment.
Seriously. Just don't.

Also, I believe we're missing Cript, Phantom and Adwarf for turns. (Correct me if i'm wrong.)

I've decided I have no opinion on this.

I mean, Iituem could just drop an asteroid on one of us at this point, it would come to the same thing-screwed by the RNG Gods. Whatever...

Aye, Dwarmin.. Play as I play.. You'll note I haven't been screwed over by the RNG gods..Its not because they favor me, its because I give them an -incredibly- narrow window to screw with me.

Everyone will face setbacks. Simply plan for them, and ensure they don't cripple you. Spoon hasnt given up yet and damn is he having troubles!

Getting asked about this in PM, so want to hear thoughts on this again:

Should players be allowed to submit their turns via PM?

This is already the case with certain units (spies, invisible units etc), but I've been asked about doing this for general troop movements and the like.  Turn results would be revealed in the public turn post as usual, but there are those who would rather be able to make a move without their opponent knowing what was going to happen as soon as they issued the order.  If this happens, spies/scouts will probably allow early detection of travelling units.

I think so far as spies, and invisible units go, it should be via pm. As far as general troop movements, those could be moved to PM. I would be fine with it either way.

Its easy enough for us, looking from the outside in to keep track of buildings and resources in a province. But troop movements are a bit more clandestine, so it makes sense not to be broadcasting troop movements.

Yeh, I'm ok with troop movements being kept secret, but I think construction/recruitment ought to be public.
