Its just a tag. Its not even really an Emperial system.

Which sounds more epic? Steel Empire or Steel Republic?

Edit: And I am also not a theocracy, but about 86% of the Ariani popluation believes in the Ariani culture, So yeah, its not really a problem.

I have been giving money to my poorer people for the last turns now, and I recently sent to hang a guy who stole all of the money I gave to the people.

How is that not nice to my people?

And the steel empire's goverment is more like a Monarchy with 3 branches of advisors and managers. Empire is really just a tag to make it sound cool.
