I dont think the Necromancer strictly has to be present with the zombies at all times (stacked up, as it were). So to get this bonus, wouldnt he have to be stomping around with his zombies, and thus vulnerable in a battle?
As evidenced by zombie raids into Sordell and Farland, We can pretty safely assume the summoner does not need to be with summoned troops.

I didn't say he had to be with the zombies. I meant that he has to be in the battle to raise me zombies from the dead after the battle.

Oh right the bonus ones from being there. Yes, I can see where you're coming from. Bit of confusion, It is early, and I don't often sleep.

Just to intervene a bit late, Kashyyk could of course invade adwarf, and get wiped afterward. Or at least get stuck in a long and costly war with me, meaning everyone else would get ahead.

Also, I jsut lost my son. Bad.

You know haw to speak to a stricken man. But I'm nearly 80, so I don't think I could do that. And the fact that my wie died 15 years ago doesn't help either.

Was he your only heir then? If so, then I wonder who'll take up the McBrent mantle...

Also, I just lost my son. Bad.
On a coincidental note, Dariuoiua is just about to gain a son.

Hes also 50, and Ariani normally live till 70, as I believe I have said before, so the son should be able to step up after hes dead.

Question: Could necromancer imrpove stats of all undead, similiar to how a hero works but only for the undead? For example, zombies with a necromancer present would have stats of -3,-3 instead of -4,-4. I just thought it'd be appropiate and nice, but I can totally understand if you don't want to.

And hero rules are missing from op?

There's a tech for that.  Zombie Mastery, and it will tier (i.e. ZM I, ZM II, ZM III).  Necromancer or necromancer-capable units (e.g. necromancer heroes) will improve the power of zombies they are stacked with.  ZM II, they should probably be comparable to spearmen.  ZM IV, macemen.  Sure, that doesn't seem much considering how much research has to go into getting that far (Tier IV spells should be usually summoning things like petrifying basilisks), but considering upkeep and hire costs don't increase...

Hero stats aren't up because I've been tired and not coded in the rules for Heroes.  And I'm not going to put up all the rules for Heroes properly until they're coded in.

Ooh Zombie Mastery sounds entertaining!
And the new map looks good. Really expands the timeline for sea based shenanigans at this point.

So Dwarmin, Shall we simply go on record as creating a trade route, when your caravan reaches Spoon?
