No I meant to myself from others, and to others from myself. Clarity, it helps
Also, shouldnt trade be capped? Shouldnt there be research to improve trade? In theory? Yes.

Trade isn't capped through caravans, but the trade bonus will always be based on the quickest possible route, regardless of the route you actually took.  I might nerf the multiplier on ocean territories down to 2, I haven't decided.  In any case, if you keep using caravans€ it will just increase the level of raider activity.  Especially on the oceans.

I haven't officially accepted you yet, Dwarmin.  But since I was going to anyway, welcome aboard.  You'll start next turn, though.

Theoretically I do. The way I read this is as spirits of wind, inhabiting old armor. Course that proly means I have to break the armor to destroy the spirit. So..Yeah. Still could give a boost to metalworking research if the armor is better.
Theres definitely magic in them thar hills though! 4 more turns in and I can find out whether the Lady loves me. And probably get some more wealth, through Spoon to Sheb, through Sheb to most of the south continent. Bwha.

Sadly, that is far cooler than what is actually there.  So cool that I'll make it possible for you to research that eventually.  Sorcery magic will be your friend there.  Also, zombies are probably the only unit with negative modifiers (for good reason) and fireflies have 22A/8D.  It's a good thing Cript took the offensive on them.

Mm.  I daresay this sort of phalanx is a bit light by comparison.  I had them balanced to serve as a more offense-ready counterpart to the shortbow (same defence, better attack), but I suppose the difference isn't that strong.  I could up the general power of them a bit more so they're comparable to Light Swordsmen on attack and Heavy Swordsmen on defense.  How would that sound?  Changes them from a Light unit to a Medium unit.

Le whoops. Misread the fireflies. Oh well.
Also..Yes. Yes I totally envision things being terribly cool.
Hrm, the Phalanx is a bit expensive for its utility. It should be buffed a bit, and they should remain defensively much better than offensively. Im thinking like, a 4-5 point disparity between Att and Def.

Why kobold only shamans?

It is a really interesting piece, but I don't understand why it is so.

Intriguing fluff there Dwarfmin... This leads me to the following question, Are humans a minority here? Cause..yeah..

Also.. Damnit Iituem, am I about to pick a fight with some semi-corporeal undead? That's going to just go all kinds of bad.

I meant among the current races of the world.  Also, that 'damned' spell of mastery was a hugely good idea.

Well I don't think humans would be liked by most races after that spell was cast.

This probably led to some rather serious racial backlash when it ended..Poor humanity.

The truth? Gnolls are big and mean, but really not that brave. They are intensely superstitious over non-physical matters, like magic and whatnot, anything they can't club to death, really.. Dispelling spirits is considered very dangerous-you can't fight what you can't see, hear, smell or even hurt- so it's something they relegate to "slave" races. Of course, the Kobolds are happy to exploit this, and it gives them some parity in power.

IMO Humanity probably exists...everywhere...but they would not be nearly as prominent as they would be with so many competitors. We'll just assume most humans live in the fringes of all our societies, not really noticed, but...everywhere...
