..Woah, 2 hours? Might I suggest that you start doing the turn in chunks before hand? Take those of us who alter their turns the least, and get those calc'd up early while you wait for everyones to get in.

Oh, I normally do, but the last couple of days I got introduced to Minecraft.  It's been a heady addiction.

I'll get the rest of the turn done today, as after that I'm gone 'til next Wednesday, so don't expect Turn 12 til Thursday.

I in fact, suffer this sort of obsessiveness in both dwarf fortress -and- Minecraft.
In fact in DF, when I get struck by a new idea I rarely ever simply start a new fortress.. No I migrate my current one somewhere else on the map. Repipe everything over there, lay it all out, get annoyed at mineral seams being in my way, stop caring about that, smooth everything, engrave everything, spend 4 years hauling everything over there that I need..

Yessir, My dwarves may live and work outside, and be fed sparsely..And be under constant threat of invasion and Titans..But daaaaamn that entrance hall is sweet looking.

I think I can speak for both of us when I wish you and Arcadia the best of fortune, destroying those pirates.

Well, our combined fleet is 6 vessels. And I can send a unit of bowmen to assist them. Together, we should deal with the pirates easily.

Should work out well then. T hough I have this feeling you folks wont catch the Dread Pirate Roberts, just disperse him for a time.
And if one of you doesn't shout Inconceivable at the news, I will be disappointed.

Well, I got a nagging feeling we won't catch him until we united Aelstrom. Or that he'll do a land invasion.

Why would he be in Alestrom for you to catch? Far more likely he'll make his base upon some island nation nearby. Such as Biting, or Cado.

Well, reports so far states that he probably operates from the Farlandish or Alestromian coast. At least that's where he's buying his ships, and where I caught his lieutnant.

Harticus, if you want to do me a favor, please send those macemen to subjugate the whole of Farland. And seriously, it is in your interest as well.

Well there is that, but he may have a fallback position. And lawless islands are always good for pirates. Still, we'll see where this goes! Im looking forward to it.

I am also very willing to trade with Spoon. I'm going for mainland trade for now. Don't have to deal with priates.
