Once I can get the errorlog to calm down, I'll check the raws.

EDIT: Proper testing is underway.

EDIT 2: No dice, although I have a hunch that if you can isolate the variation tags between castes, you're set. But all of those [GO_TO_X] tags are confusing me. @_@

Ummm, Nidokoenig? You are aware that animal men haven't disappeared at all? Like I was saying, the wild ones in the caverns I kept running into, and on a new game I started they spawn above ground. Not belonging to a civilization, but just as wild animals.

Cave Swallow, Reptile, Olm, Serpent, Cave Fish, Amphibian, and Rodent Men underground, Badger Men aboveground.

Upon checking the raws, the download has the default-based animal men on by default. Did you add does_not_exist to them yet?

(subterranean animal men are found in creature_subterranean, the other, I didn't check.)

He hasn't. You need to add those manually. I check, since I downloaded a new version for the purpose of figuring out creature variation castes.

[CV_NEW_TAG:DOES_NOT_EXIST] should be at the bottom of the animal person variation in c_variation_default.txt. I've manually removed the subterranean animal and mineral men variations in the new version because I thought subterranean was the problem, like how subterranean plants and animals ignore good and evil tags, except for the purposes of entity permissions. Since the mount alterations have made the mod's footprint pretty huge, I might as well remove them all individually.

Updated the readme, about to add a dough material resource file, then I'll crack on with a final shakedown.

janglur, try the new version I'll be uploading later today, you'll be attacked by honey badger pegasi speaking elvish. Or you could play as diomedians and slaughter hundreds and thousands of little ponies.

Edit: Just looking through the legends of my shakedown world, and it seems like the buffalo nerf has worked quite well, they can field formidable forces, but aren't running wild over everything, and there's even a case of 38 cave ponies and 18 dogs holding their ground against 356 buffalo. However, zebras and lions seem to have been locked in several centuries of war, sending forces almost four thousand strong at each other on a regular basis. They don't seem to be bothering anyone else all that much, though, but it might be worth boxing them in a little. I'm not going to push the release back for it, though.

The first lion god is Emim the Youthful Silks, a deity that occurs in the myths of the Scalded Board. He was most often depicted as a male sphinx and was associated with pregnancy.

OK it looks Like I will be recording this Mod as of today. No Idea how long it will last however.

Ne ways will prob be uploading it in about 12 days time. So like 2 weeks today ish.
