Rarity is a very close number 2.
Pinkie Pie can be third.
Applejack is next.
Rainbowdash is behind AJ.
And Twlight Sparkle, is in last place.

Well naturally I was only listing the mane six, above. However, yes Celestia and Luna/Nightmare Moon would come before twilight. Spike would be somewhere around Pinkie Pie in my list. Despite the fandom Derpy Hooves/Ditzy Doo, doesn't get a rank in my list as she is hardly more than a background pony. The same can be said for other background characters. When they become a character in the show proper and not just in fan fictions, then I'll rank them into the list. And Zecora is probably the only thing I would rank lower than Twilight.
