No, but you can alter an existing reaction and it should work. Ahahaha, just tested and done one better, replace the soft peytral definition with the hard one, so that it looks like this:

Here's an idea, an undead pony civ.

Zombie pony, Ghostly pegasus, Skeleton unicorn, Vampire alicorn.

Why didn't anyone think of this before? They fit perfectly!

A clockwork pony civ. that functions like an Ant-civ.. The ponies are the small workers, the pegasi are the large soldiers, the unicorns are the attandants (male-only) to the queen alicorn (female-only).

Next update, this will become truly possible. 

Sorry to spoil your fun, but I doubt that the syndromes that cause creatures to actually become that way can't apply outside of a mode where the player is actually observing the creatures in question. The closest to this reality we can get is already achievable now: perhaps ponies that don't eat or heal, pegasi whose bodyparts get "passed through" during attacks, and unicorns with no flesh and only bone materials.

I just had the same idea. And with magma for blood.

Another idea: several variants of an alicorn with maxed out combat skills and hard-to-damage exterior (tough chitin material):
-"Rainbow Dash" color scheme, breath attack with a TRAILING_VAPOR_FLOW, substance causing intense pain and bright in color.
-"Twilight Sparkle" color scheme, breath attack with an UNDIRECTED_DUST, substance does nothing but the attack knocks everything around.

To go along with that, a "Spike" Alicorn. A Alicorn with a scaly, almost rubbery hide, colorful spines, bat wings, and fire-blasting abilitys would be a interesting incounter, particualy if the skin itself could be made so that it would be almost improbable to dent it with a hammer (hence rubbery), so that you realy would need somthing sharp to slay it.


Also, on rainbow dash-can you make a dust flash icons? Because if so, we could make a "Rainbow" substance that is super-dangerus( fat-meltingly so) that makes a vapor when it hits the air. It would even be treated as a radiation leak by the players.

What about a "Fluttershy" Alicorn, with a non-lethal full-body paralysis breath attack of some sort (making outright deadly to fight against 1 on 1), that is also non-immune to some of it's own non-lethal syndromes, like getting mild paralysis/unconciousness from it's own blood (meaning if somepony was lucky enough not to get paralyzed, or you gang up on them, they go down easily).

Or for laughs a "Rarity" Alicorn with a lot of graspers, weapons and dangerous breath, that gets unconciousness from it's own blood. 

Also "Pinkie Pie" Alicorn: Pony with pathetically weak melee attacks and body, but with 60 different variants of breath attacks to use, with effects varying from "mild numbness in left pinky finger" to "unstoppable contagion of necrosis, vomiting, bleeding, blisters and delayed lethal paralysis through-out entire fort"     (Arguably this would make them the most fun as well)
