Also, some canon support for gems growing on plants, with zecora calling amethyst a flower.

Now that would be interesting.  Depending on how it manifests this could be a real problem as ponies go insane from not getting what they need.  I kind of doubt that it'll be possible to do that just based on what I've read in the dev logs, but who knows?

Do you happen to know if you can alter what kinds of moods creatures can get or is it a all or nothing package deal? I've read that there are 5 different moods and 2 of them are rather interesting for evil ponies.

Mods has default civs removed already.


And you can't force moods, but the two evil ones tend to happen more when the fortress is unhappy.

Oh, cool. In that case how would I go about making humans a playable race, both for fortress and adventure? Planning to build a human fort to manufacture equipment for my human adventurer.

Put brackets around the biome tags for humans. You might want to disable the ponies in that case.

Thanks, but is there any way to make them playable while minimising their existence outside Fortress Mode? As in, the human fortress I'm going to play are the only humans in the world.

Change their standard settlement stuff to that of dwarves. Other than that, idk.

That means there will still be human sites existing, though, able to interact with the world and such.

As long as humans are the only playable race in fortress mode the game will generate humans for me to play, even of their civilisations don't exist, right?

Isn't it wonderful how the mods (and sub-mods) enlarge the game title?

Right now what I'm playing can be named thusly:
