To me, personally, this sounds underhanded and bad.

It might be dickish and irritating or something along those lines, but there's no way in hell you can call this underhanded.

You're evading a ban (the definition of underhanded), which is against forum rules, and then worse, you're evading the comments of most of the sensible people who are calling you out on it.

Underhand being a sneaky way of breaking the rules, guys, not just being a prick. What he's doing now's to blatant to be underhand.

But! I guarantee you if you don't cause Toady trouble he won't care, or even find out. Your friends continue to talk with you, you continue to feel like part of this community. How many regulars here have been permabanned before, do you know? Does it matter? They're not getting called out now. That's what matters.
