I think that had more to do with his absence of activity than anything else.  Though he made a fine Green Sun.

It had to do with both.

His planet made a fine supper as well.

In the end, he wasn't all that bad. Good food and nice lighting to go with it, what more would you wish for?

Quiet. You are invoking the one who is absolutely not welcome here.

Gosh...

WHY DO PEOPLE HAVE THE URGE TO RP SO?

Not that its a bad thing, but I have a (irrational, mind you) fear that too much rping leads to the turn never coming, which leads to a game dying.

Hopefully my sanity holds for now...

Because it is the point of the game? Progressing turns is not.

Yes, but when I CAN'T rp... then it becomes a problem. No god to interact with, because no god I have reason to know.

Boredom strikes again. *sigh*

It all just depends upon how you play the game, if it's to RP, then playing roles is important. If it's to create a civilization to outlast your reign over them, then turn's turning is apart of the clockwork. Me personally, am for the whole high-turn count, but I dont mind breaks for some chivilrous dialogue ever now and then, just so long as it doesn't create an armageddon that forces the game to end...

At its heart this is a roleplaying game and I really hope we don't stop roleplaying just because some people are impatient. Its not like we're in a hurry here.

It's cool.  I'm personally waiting for the turn because my character simply has no knowledge of the other gods and no reason to interact with them yet.  That will come with time, but I'm letting it come organically.

Heh, I don't see how too much RP would prolong the coming of the turn. Caesar doesn't need to read them, only the Act posts.
