Cool.
If Dragnar doesn't supply us with his template today, I'll do turn zero tomorrow.

Too bad, if Dragnar doesn't show up, though, we might suffer from a destruction FUN imbalance.

Luckily, initial looks on the gods of destruction show that they won't get along well. Even I will at least TRY to be good and cooperate... as God of the Moon, of course.

Yeah, no one wants my true self...

Decay is pleased with the level of destruction this new world will experience.

I can't beleive how few constructive gods there are...

Technology
Growth
Dreams
and Sea (Which can be seen as more of a deconstructive sphere...)

Everyone else is some form of deconstructive ideal.....

And I will be personifying an entity that will be quite mad... Possibly more mad than the god of madness... (Who in my opinion isn't that mad at all...)

I still believe the spheres should be more structured and limited. Like starting out with ONLY 10-15 spheres, each god assigned only one sphere, and each of them quite broad in their scope. As more players are added the unclaimed spheres can be claimed and the claimed spheres can be broken down into components.

For example: I may be the god of Death but a new player could come in via roleplay and wrest the sphere of Decay from me. Now I am the god of Death, except where it borders on decay.

Combat between gods can claim certain spheres away from their opponent, while actions within the world could award new spheres.

But this is not my game, so we don't have to use my rules. :)

Well my sphere could be constructive if viewed the correct way. The Dark Arts is very constructive.

Well, if you view it a certain way anything can do/be anything else. Then suddenly; nukes create life; ice is the hottesting thing imaginable; and black-holes are accually creating matter, not destroying it...

Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together... mass hysteria!
Elves eating elves and sending their own kind into a murderous psychopathy which so impresses the dwarves that they make him king and then he beats a dragon to death and builds a giant mecha and then rides into the sunset on a zombie wyvern!

Besides, my alias is constructive, even if I seek the end of the world as we know it.

Meh, in my opinion it's much easier to think up Acts for a constructive god, but I guess it could be fun to play a god of destruction and chaos or something like that. I prefer creating gods, though.

And yay, update today! I've already thought up my first two Acts and some extra posts related to the second one, should be fun.

You are not limited by your sphere though, remember that, so long as your actions tie into your sphere.

My god will be creating all sorts of shit, but his power is fueled by decay. Fungus, mold and other things thrive on decaying biological matter. Just because decay is my sphere doesn't mean the only thing I can do is cause things to decay, that would be boring.
