Quern/Millstone: Separate dye and food

It would provide a bit more control if we could have the dwarves switch off between grinding food and dye.

Sometimes, you want to get your dyers going, but they keep making food....

Seconded.  I've already decided that I'm going to add reaction classes and custom reactions to my querns, so that I can make dwarven syrup instead of sugar, and can make dye without running out of bags.

Thirded. I would also like to see some bigger difference between a millstone and quern.
