So, the sheet is pretty much done, thanks to huge amounts of help from Cthulhu. The fists entry may or may not be done quite right, but good enough fro me to tuck in for the night.

Cthulhu, I saw your post about how you didn't have any sheets submitted yet. I'll have mine in very soon, but I've been making sure it's not a "gimped" character. I'll also be submitting a standard character, you can pick which one you want to see me play. I have two good ones to pick from and can't decide.

I had sheets in.  Dammit, now my "Oh no, I hope people don't do stuff because they feel bad for me" thing is kicking in.

What? I was just letting you know. I was already going to submit one.

Yeah I know, I'm weird about some stuff.  Don't mind me.

Also, it'd be cool if you could say what times you're available when you post.  Organizing sessions is in your hands so it'd be a lot easier if everyone knew what times people were available.

Wednes days are a no-go for me. Sundays are pretty much always free. Saturdays tends to be free. The other week days may be hit or miss.

Are flaws and/or traits allowed? If so, how many?

I'm gonna go with no on the flaws and traits.

If I can't be a weird character, can I at least prove that a Dread Necromancer can be a decent character? Here's all the books and such I'm thinking this character will need.

Player's Handbook
Heroes of Horror Dread Necromancer, (Class) p.84
Player’s Guide to Faerun Spell Thematics, Feat p.44
Complete Arcane Precocious Apprentice, (Feat) p.181
Libris Mortis Tomb-Tainted Soul, (Feat) p.31

I guess those are fine, but you'll need to explain Spell Thematics to me because I don't have that book.

Assuming that feat isn't completely ridiculous, I'll allow it but keep in mind this is about making a character you like that interests you, not going crazy with optimization.

My thematic spell at first level would be Command Undead, with my theme being "flaming skulls".

That works.  Why am I the only one allowed to look?

What would command undead look like with flaming skulls?

Because it's copyrighted material and not to be shared publicly. Because I told everyone else not to look, I should be fine.

What would command undead look like with flaming skulls?
Well, the flaming skulls effect would be more of a visual effect than a physical one. Orb spells looking like flying skulls, commanded undead having spectral flames about their heads, and so forth.

I don't think that's how it works, that sounds like one of those "If you spill salt, throw it over your shoulder or you'll have bad luck" types of things.
