There's nothing preventing you from hunting anyway, and the mechanics are pretty simple. Toaster had no night action, so he couldn't have actioned a PGO last night. That means he was killed, which means his killer is now green goo themselves. Since you (no vote) and Native (daykill) have both been shown to have roles, it pretty much had to have been me or Bd.

Which I guess contradicts my gut, unless Bd gave up his invulnerability to NK Toaster out of spite or something. Hm. Then again, there were two kills, so somewhere out there a townie isn't fessing up to something for some reason.

Anyway, could you fullclaim unless there's a reason not to?
