I'd attribute that to his chronic lurking instead of alignment, myself. Either that, or as I said earlier, the lack of a QH shows that you're scum.


Anyways, smart money would be on Native to be scum. Meaning I'll keep my vote where it belongs.

The three things I've noticed about him are thusly:

He's been trying very hard to imply to us that he's town. A portion of it is self-assurance, I bet. There's a number of posts where this is demonstrated, but since I'm busy, I can't really link them for you. No matter; the round hasn't been very long anyways.

Native's plan has three obvious faults: The biggest flaw is that without his eradicate, he can't guarantee a dual-death if BD kills him. More precisely, he cannot actually make it happen, now that the ability is gone. Additionally, none of them deal with the possibility that Native may be scum. In fact, if you account for a non-Goo'd King NF, this would in all likelihood rig his win. Since Native is likely to have retained a role, he may have some aces up his sleeve.

He's been switching positions constantly in an effort to try and side with the people he's talking to, and it shows:

LNCP: If you're town, you can appreciate this plan, even if I'm suspicious to you. You take the fall today and assuming you're not King, BD tries to kill me, we both die, new round. Worst case scenario, BD, assuming he's not goo, !nones and we go nowhere.

Wait, BD is definitely green goo, so I'm not sure if you'd still be up to that plan, it would be you taking me almost completely on faith and from what it looks like, you don't trust me very much right now. So, I guess take the fall today and prevent a lurker from winning King or, actually, we could lynch BD and the same thing will happen to you since you're not unkillable now. Either way, I stay alive, King loses.

Let me note that you've also failed to mention exactly how you were planning on getting BD killed. And according to your role, you can't; the eradicate has been used, so no NK protection for you.

What I propose instead is that we lynch Native here, and hope for him to be King. If he isn't, night proceeds. I'll bus BD-BD, meaning that if he tries to kill me, he'll die instead. If he's Goo, I'll become goo too, but in that case, it won't matter any more; we'll both tie up the votes and be forced to !none each night.

Now, this cannot guarantee a King-loss if BD isn't goo. Since he's confirmed-Goo, however, it won't matter. This can't even result in my own victory; my role has been removed (see: former nonvoterhood), so I can't kill BD directly.

I cannot abide by NF's plan, unfortunately, because I have no way of confirming his sincerity (33% is also not something I'd risk). The votes will stay tied.

I didn't read your entire post because it's most likely a load of bologna. I skimmed, though. You'd do well to note that I've also pointed out that my plan is sketchy because it relies on pure trust from the other townie. And yes, I've been bouncing back and forth. You're both lurking horrendously and it's been difficult to get any sort of read out of either of you. And as for my previous plan, eradicate has nothing to do with it. I'm still a PGO, using eradicate only disabled thaty for the day, so a dual death would still happen.

I did consider that, actually, and dealt with it. I thought I explained that well enough at the bottom.

First of all, I invalidate your argument and you just say you don't care.

Second of all, you're still failing to factor in BD. If you were town, one would expect you to think he might be scum as well. Your "plan" is just utter bullshit. Right, lynch the one guy keeping you from winning and then you'll just NK BD. Are you serious? How dumb do you think we are? At least I pointed out that my plan relied on faith, you're just trying to secure your win by proposing an even sketchier plan. Bussing BD and BD would result in nothing, and I'm certain you would just mafiakill him instead and win the game.

The real reason you're going after me and not BD is because I'm going after you, and you know you won't be able to get me to vote BD and win the game for you.

Well, no. Since you seem to be dead set on me being the King and BDthemag is MIA, there's nothing I can do to make this day end in anything other than a no lynch. I haven't been thinking hard about it, but seeing as we won't insta-lose with a no lynch, I don't really mind.

One more thing:

Why did he straight out lie about his role? The NK reason is a completely BS reason in my opinion, as the rest of us would have presented better targets regardless IMHO, and there's no reason to lie about a claim unless you Have A Plan. The role itself was also incredibly imbalanced, which made it suspicious in and of itself.

If he was Green Goo to begin with, then that would make him even less likely to be NKed (for obvious reasons), so that doesn't fit in either.


Wait...

Since we did actually start out with a Goo (the Toaster kill coupled with the fact that the other death wasn't Goo), and there is no other Goo around that started out that way, this means that BD was the definite Toaster NKer. He can't say that he used his CDOT-kill either, because he just told us that role was a lie. He also told us that he was a different role last game, which means that he couldn't have been a Goo from that Round either.
