I ha a military of 29 dwarfs. 10 of them were marksdwars. Then this DONOSAUR comes and kills most of them. He is on his way to the top floors. has has already reatched the dam middle section. WTF DO I DO!!?? All my military is indisposed! Most of my civilians are a few tiles away from him!

If you have an available mason then wall the civilians away.
If you have experienced miners then draft them to make a final stand.
Don't you have a panic room or an escape tunnel?
Otherwise don't sweat it and watch the Fun happen.

Well I would wall up those few civilians that aren't anywhere near the dinosaur (I'm guessing mods) and enlist and pile all the other dwarves onto said dinosaur. If they don't kill it they'll give time for the others to die through tantrum spiral after forgetting a pick I mean remember a pick and hide away in their hole until the time is right to strike back!

First: Stop playing and take a warm bath, then a cup of tea, and spend the evening watching the stars.  Or medication.  You seriously need to chill out, dude...

I've had okay experiences with massive bumrushing by civies, but I normally give everyone an axe long in advance. Consider that strategy, although riding out the spiral is kinda tough (last attempt took me from 56 to 6 dwarves).

Either wall the dino out or use a miner to dig a trench (then either let him starve or let him dig out and then wall the entry off). It takes virtually no time to dig a trench across a hallway or small room and can easily save most of your civies.

Next time prepare your defenses accordingly.

Notably, draft your miners in the military. Armor them. Give them good quality, good metal (steel) picks. And make them charge the Forgotten Beast, Titan  or whatever was that.

I've never had a dinosaur or had to bum rush anyone with civilians (or thought of it).

But I would have to say a bum rush would be best. Well, would have been.
