Wait, what? Cali is GMT-8, East Coast is GMT-5, and it's 4:30 here, so i't 9:30 GMwhaaaat the flabajab? Wait...Britain has some kind of weird summer 1 hour shift. But so do we. So *why* am I suddenly GMT-4? Does all of Britain adjust for summer, but Greenwich Mean Time doesn't?
