Steps to follow to make explosive ammo

Steps needed to make ammo burst into a burning gas at body temperature?

I've set the melting and boiling temp to 10067 (body)
But it's not working.

I think my ammo's actually not sticking in the body, mind you... is it possible to have shots with huge velocity pass through without saying anything about it? I mean, it's annoying me that the shots just blast a limb off at most. I want them to explode in a cloud of gas. >:D

I think it's the way towns develop now. In the beginning, people move into a town. Then they start producing tables, which results in more and more tables. Soon tables represent a significant portion of the population, they start lobbying for new laws and regulations, putting people to greater and greater disadvantage...

Nothing passes through.  It just kinda hurts them and then vanishes.
They only get stuck in sometimes, and it specifically mentions when they do.

Change the ignite temp to 10067 that should have more effect, or make the innate temp of the item very high. Also just because something is melted/boiling doesn't mean its hot. Anyway to set the tempture of an item use this [MAT_FIXED_TEMP:your temp here] and to set the tempurate for thing to ignite at use [IGNITE_POINT:your temp here].
