How do you find the blue lollipop? I don't get it. How do I even know that it exists on the map? I want to meet some clowns!

The blue lollipop will be in the Big Grey Circus Entrance Tent. The BGCET is not on every map, so not every map has a shiny blue lollipop.

If there's no big blue lollipop showing up in the appropiate listing in your stocks menu, then there's no Big Grey Entrance Tent.

If there's no BGCET, try tunneling into the fortress through the big blue skylights.

Warning - you must ensure your dwarves are properly dressed and equipped for the circus. There's a dress code. Blue metal seems to be in vogue, down there.

on the other hand, one of my dwarves accidentally walked into the circus without dressing properly and the clowns got mad, so it wouldnt have mattered THAT much anyways

on the other hand, one of my dwarves accidentally walked into the circus without dressing properly and the clowns got mad, so it wouldnt have mattered THAT much anyways

It does show up in the stocks. It's also counted towards your fortress wealth. Being that it's a masterwork blue lollipop, this'll attract kobolds in droves and flocks, even if you haven't uncovered it yet.

Incidentally, if you DO uncover it, I suggest forbidding it (in the upright lollipop's [t] screen), building walls around it, and then flooding the room with magma, if you don't want a dumb dwarf or some random lucky kobold snatching it and unleashing the clowns.

okay, you sorta lost me on popcorn, but if you're asking what i think you're asking, that fortress is now an aboveground section of the carnival

Good to hear I gave somebody a laugh. The dwarfy thing to do, though, would be to erupt in guttural screaming, rip your seat from the floor, and bash her over the head with it.

Clown = Demon: A randomized creature that's HUGE, amazingly powerful and has either a poison attack or a fire attacl(can be a bite, dust, etc.)
Circus = HFS(Hidden !!FUN!! Stuff) = Hell: You breach hell when you mine a piece of Adamantine that's an entrance to hell. Then the Demons are generated(from 2 to who knows how many. Depends on your embark size)
Candy Stick and its variations = Masterful Adamantine Weapon that Seals Hell in a Demonic Fortress. Counts as a building and, once deconstructed, leaves open an entrance to hell
Big Gray Circus Tent doo-blee-doo-blee-doo = Demonic Fortress: Filled with undead, houses the Masterful Adamantine Weapon.
And finally:
Candy/Blue Candy = Adamantine: Most valuable, sharpest and lightest metal in the game.
