6.5 million worth of loot on cargo and barely dented 10 m3. has been a nice trip.

i also found a limited sleeper cache on scanner. but i couldnt get past 84% it seems its hard to do and dangerous. better not hit the wasp nest.

there are some threads in reddit about some takes of the EVE down under. details about the new guristas capital ships along with rogue drone shipyards and fighters and concept art for the angel capitals.

the designs are dope. specially the dreadnought. i've never flown a capital but still.

guristas capital follow more or less the same doctrine. heavy shield resists with overbuffed drones. and yes, both the dread and the titan can field at least 1 flight of fighters along with their respective missile bonuses.

each rogue drone fighter has a different model and habilities. i like how they implemented some of the alvus/alvior class drones for use. i wonder if they will add the alvii and alvatis along with the alvus class hulls.

and yeah the shipyard is a sotiyo. a shame, i was expecting an actual rogue drone hive but anyways.

now the only thing left are the other sansha capitals. and maybe SoE? Mordus Legion?

EDIT:

also, im an idiot. i forgot you can not only scale the size of the scanner but also close up the probes so they can get that last percent. found a lvl 4 difficulty sansha data site.

Industrialist/mining are the two most important cornerstones of EVE.

common mistake here - destruction is the most important cornerstone of eve tho.

That's cute.

Thought experiment:
All industrialists and miners suddenly leave the game.

What happens to YOU?

That actually depends.

Do people stop playing? The market could continue functioning, theoretically.

However: I meant "All mining and industry crumbles to an end".
No money for the "generalist".

so, i dont realy know why i keep answering you... considered your first response to me contained insults, your insigts to the topic are obviouisly limited, AND your statements are stupid.

in any case: if you removed the player generated part from the player driven economy, yes. the game woud stop working.

as for  the market would continue to funktioen: this again gets me thinking you dont realy understand what you are talking about.

lets use a methapore: if everyone would stop eating, only very vew eggs would be sold. maybe a few would be used as painted decoration, but its a save bet that most chicken farmers would face hard times.

To be fair, one needs a decent amount of probing strength to scan down null data/relic sites. So train up astrometrics and your racial frigate command skill (for scanning bonuses from explo frig hull).

It's absolutely doable on a day 1 alpha account, I've tried.

Industrialist/mining are the two most important cornerstones of EVE. Without them, you don't even get to fly. However, without something to do with what they produce, we wouldn't really have a game.

Uh, faction/pirate ships (basically all I fly) can be bought from NPCs for LP.  There's also absolutely fucking huge stockpiles of ships and minerals in the game (I'm a relative poor and have a couple thousand fully fitted ships).  It'd realistically take months (years?) to run out of common goods if production stopped today.

6.5 million worth of loot on cargo and barely dented 10 m3. has been a nice trip.

Just to put this into perspective, the 'typical' null/w-space relic site is worth about 20m, and I've personally seen 170m in a single site.

yesterday i toped like 25.4 million in loot. i found a lot of data sites in Amarr and Gallente space. finished in Caldari and went to jita to sell. total profit topped 27 million. i practically got close to 50 million on the wallet, pretty nice. spent almost all in implants so i can speed up some of the critical skills. i was thinking on adding a rangefinding implant but 2% doesnt seem like much for the cheapest one. think im gonna save on the 6% one which is like 30 million or so. more expensive than my ship but still.

im also thinking on leaving the BPCs in Jita and maybe manufacture on site. then sell the result. it will probable be counterproductive but honestly i dont think the BPCs alone will sell for much.

Before you manufacture anything make sure you'll actually be making a profit on whatever it is.

And to that end, make sure you include the manufacturing costs & tax/broker fees to your calculation on whether or not it'll turn a profit.

after not finding much around Caldari i decided to return to my base. left the few loot i had and charted  small trip into some backwater systems in lowsec.

i earned more than 10 million out of a few data sites. could have earned more from a last system but there was an astero on D-Scan. im returning to base right now. gonna chart the next expedition after i put this stuff in the hangar.

Was the Astero piloted or parked at a POS?

no. by the time i moved and returned it was gone. it seems the pilot went back the same way i did to high sec. my theory is that its a wormholer that appeared there or something. anyways. im going to another low population pocket.

EDIT:

anyways, the little low sec expedition earned 30 million isk in loot. no blueprints this time, just plain materials and a few skillbooks.

tried to do a last trip but i didnt found any data/relic. just a lot of wormholes, gas and combat sites.

Your probe has more than paid for itself, you should try some pirate sites in C1-C3 WHs.
