Putting in the code as stated in the Reddit link is $37 for 3 plex and $75 for 6, so the deal is better than you think :P

It's cheaper than a sub, and causing plex prices to drop by like 40 mil isk already. Hold onto them and sell in a month or two.

YES, now i need a bil quickly to get 2 or three plexes.

To whoever opened to Office: Cost is based on Docks/Undocks at a station, I think. So if there are a couple stations in a systems it is worth scouting around. With my soon to be ex-corp I pay only around 800k for an office in Rens.

Edit: otoh it is of course useful to have an office and corphangar at the station with the best agents/whatever.

he'll refine the ore of anyone who puts it into the ore bay of the Misha office, so long as you send a mail to the corp noting what's yours.

resulting minerals will be put into the general corp storage and a mail will get sent telling you how much is yours. This is on a semi-honor system,

Suggestion: Stations containers with people's names on them.

you can also put ore in there to be sold to donate to the funding of the PoS.

Again, station container with a "donations" name.

Putting in the code as stated

Amazon is rejecting the promotional code when I enter it.

So, after a few days I've done a couple of the career mission lines. The ones I haven't done are the combat ones so they'll probably finish them faster. What do I do then?

Have you used that code before? It's valid once per customer. If not then probably CCP realised the deal was better than the ones they offered and requested Amazon to not allow the code to be applied on the sales... Just my speculation.

I've played free trial, but only for a while. But I'm not sold on MMOs.

For me, Eve is one of those games that are much more fun to read about (all those amazing plots, betrayals and whatnot) than play yourself. The other one is Pathologic - no connection whatsoever - crappy english translation, painful chore to play - but the concept is amazing.

Honestly, I'm not surprised that CCP/Amazon may have nuked the coupon code. It was too good to be true and would have killed the plex market if word got out over the next few days.

Plex prices have already dropped ~50 million since yesterday.

Why would ingame price of PLEX be of concern to CCP?

The deal cost less than a normal subscription. CCP was losing money.
