The problem is that once you get said capital ship into hisec, you literally can't do anything except fly around and maybe mine a little bit. The instant you do active any gun, drone, or other offensive module, you go WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOSH to lowsec or nullsec.

This. It's possible, but not useful in any way. Except maaaybe some kind of advertising, but that's a bit of a stretch.

I barely know anything at all about Eve but I heard from a lot of people that they didn't glitch the capital ship into Jita, they got permission to warp it in.

It's not a glitch per se.

Also, capital ships can't use stargates. Literally the only way to get a capital ship into hisec is A) Build it in hisec before CCP removed the ability to do so B) Leave the pilot logged out for long enough that he gets moved (still logged out, though) to just outside the station in which his medical clone is located.

The alliance director of TEST (Montolio) actually plays DF, it seems. He made a forum post involving about how he was in a "Strange mood" at the moment, working on some project for the alliance, and linked the DF wiki's page to strange moods. Kind of funny, and it makes me wonder what we'll be doing now that Jita is burned.

Still (unrealistically) waiting for the game to go Free-2-Play. :(

I log on to set more skills and do a mission or two, but my Corp's pretty much dead and that's killed the enjoyment for me.

Honestly, 0.0 is a blast. We get to actively shape the game. We get to be in those massive fights you hear about. It's insanely fun. Willingness to even fly a Rifter on PvP fleets is a must.

Also, I suppose I should mention, TEST culture is pretty hilarious to some, not so much to others. We enjoy immature humor, overused memes on Reddit, jokes at the expense of others, and other generally hilarious stuff. Think of us as the old GoonSwarm. We're terrible at the game, and we enjoy ruining a non-blue's (non-friendly) day.

How bad was Jita hit?

Considering resubbing, but if the economy was hit that hard by the goonswarm (they did it i presume?) i might not.

Jita is fine. It recovered pretty quickly. We did it mostly for the fun. It was awesome listening to Mittens (The Mittani, leader of Goons) speaking about it on voice coms.

That's... pretty tempting. Not so sure about the immature humour, but I've been thinking about moving out to 0.0 for ages now.

I'm actually working on a little project right now to make a massive amount of ISK. Step one, plant Tengu capable spy in wormhole corp. Step two, gain hangar and SMA access. Step three, find a path either into hisec or our sov space. Step four, bring in friends, clear out the SMA and corp hangar, pull down the POS and GTFO.
