I would be happy to join using this trial/Plex deal. Actually, how much is Plex going for right now? I think I have an inactive char with plenty of ISK. If I get a PLEX code from someone I would be able to return a new code back to them for another to use. Let me check into this.


EDIT: My inactive char, according to an email from CCP, has/had 1.7B ISK as of a few months ago. If anyone could send me a PLEX code I will return another one plus half the cost of a new one in ISK(assuming PLEX is going for less than 900m).

You should be able to simply create a petition on the Eve website, stating that you have money enough to purchase a PLEX in game, but don't have an active subscription right now. They are usually quite happy to activate your account for 1 day, to allow you to log in and buy a PLEX form the in game market.

If you can kind of remember them you can go to a kill board and track them down, that is how I found mine.

There is a channel, but I don't remember it off the top of my head. I'll log in tonight and figure out a next step. Is Zeb still active? If so, I think it is just time to merge corps. I'll start organizing events.

We need someone who can reliably track down worm holes.

I recently restarted my membership too, taking advantage of the 2 months for 20 bucks summer deal. I've a corp and I'm working on trying to make planetary interaction profitable if anyone is interested. I also build freighters, as I own all of the blueprints for freighter construction.

olemars, if you search your email for "eve online" and look back you should find where they offered your character a chance to come back for a few days for free. That's how I remembered mine. If you know the account name you can also email ccp and they will tell you your char name but there is no telling how long it will take to hear back from them.

FYI, they have something called Hours for PLEX - if your account is inactive, you can get 4 hours to buy and apply a PLEX.

In other news... I found a wormhole! And some asshat dropped a large POS tower at all 3 moons.

And it's a C1 so larger ships can't even fit in there... that would take one hell of a fleet to kill a POS with cruisers and such.

It would indeed, my corporation runs a large POS in a C3 WH, and early on, after we'd set it up, some corp said they were going to "stomp all over us". They brought a couple of battleships, a logistics ship and a couple of stealth bombers. The POS guns promptly vaporized them when they warped in, while we all were asleep.

C3 and lower systems are quite hard to drive someone out of, you basically need to make them want to move by killing them repeatedly, stopping their cashflow. Or you can disrupt their refuelling runs, which takes 24/7 watching so it's quite annoying.

You can also do what some corp did to us with our last WH POS, you kill all people in the corp at the same time, podding them back to empire, without them knowing where the entrance WH is. This requires quite a bit of luck, though, since they can't have an alt in the WH which they can use to scan down an exit a few days later when you're offline.

Shit, I will take a PLEX code if you're giving it away. I wasn't sure if I could continue playing beyond this month.
