Though I realise you likely read my last post, for posterity I'll reiterate: Yes, I can fly a Guardian (Tech2 Amarr logistic ship) with all relevant skills to 5. This is an armour logistics ship.

Let's just post what we can bring to fill out THIS ARMOR fleet. Doesn't have to be perfect. Post only what you can bring today, taking into account your skills and equipment.

I can bring a Tech 2 Pulse Laser fitted armor tanked Abaddon to this fleet today. Cap stable and extreme resists.

Anja Galena: Tech 1 Pulse Laser Abaddon, or a Tech 2 Pulse Laser Legion, both cap stable.

I'd probably need a small loan to get a Guardian.

I read that we need a combined total value of DPS and Effective HP of at least 1,000 for Incursion. Is this applicable to us?

I think the 1000 dps+tank is the guideline you're referring to is for soloing L4 missions, not incursions. Either way, it looks like we're going to be running an armor fleet. Low dps aside, I don't think it's going to be realistic to armor tank a drake.

I can bring either a Guardian or a T2 fit Abaddon. The Abby is cap stable assuming it isn't having to local tank, which, assuming we have logistics on the field, it wont need to be doing, I can fit it either for Pulse or Beam, depending on what role it's filling.

I can bring pretty much any gallente armor tanked ship with fancy T2 hybrid guns and tons of drones. My dominix with sentry drones does some good damage.

The absolute minimum i'd want to run with is 9 all in all. 2 Logistics and 7 dps. 9 dps preferred.
And I can fly just about any dps ship, you forgot that in you list. Though I'd probably go for webloki, because that is missing.

Blaster Megathron is better that Dominix, imho.
