And I am pretty sure that in real life if you were a leader, your people would throw a revolt and kill you with assassins.

Why would tehy throw a revolt my people are well fed, and getting richer each day. Soon my underground farms will be built, and hunger will almost be extinct in my kingdom.

I think he means draft as in gastrointestinal distress.

And to be fair you were just drawing up plans to send large masses of untrained and unequiped gnomes into battle.
