Make one hex, grab it, copy and paste, repeat.

The number of hexes doubles each time.

Turn 0 - The Spell is Broken
Summer 1000 A.D.

Being a mark of the years under the dominion of the Empire.

The sky burns for thirty days and thirty nights as a new star appears in the heavens, seeming to tear it apart.  When the incandecense fades, oracles across the world of Arcanus tell of the return of magic to the world, of a time of destiny and power.

I have a question, these % bonus to basic income some of us are getting, palaces count as basic income then?

Also, can we make trade pacts that effect turn one, or do they kick in at turn two?

Yyes.  I am going to rule that Palaces (and only palaces) count towards basic income for the purposes of bonuses to basic income.  Since your home territories all start otherwise bankrupt, this seems reasonably fair.  I will edit the OP to account for that.

Oh, and adwarf:  clearly gnomes are great accountants.  =D

Half-elf half-dwarf sounds like a race of abominations that should be culled for their own good.  But if you wish, you can.  I'm going to interpret some of your population as being pure dwarf and some as being pure elf, though - otherwise what you have are just short elves with a drinking problem.

Edit:  I'll say they are taken into account from the turn they are made.  Remember that trade bonuses are a total of all income before trade, so the Takeni will get £53 out of your trade agreement (round to nearest integer).

So, I might as well ask, can I make a forge using imported metals, or is it really based on mines?
