Supergiant has just released Hades on Steam (formerly EGS exclusive). It's still in EA, but with a modest discount and you do get a free copy of Pyre.

Saw they have a new game out, too. Well, on Steam. Apparently it's been out on epic for a year but it is still Steam Early Access? Probably I will get it at some point.

Hades, supposedly combines the best of Bastion, Transistor, and Pyre.

(20% off, so technically on sale, but presumably because it is early access.)

I've only played a couple hours so far, but it already has all of my recommendations. It's basically Supergiant's take on rouguelite. Live, die, repeat, earn permanent upgrades, while listening to great music and narration that feels organic and unscripted.

Steam winter sale has begun too. I picked up Transport Fever 2, but it wasn't actually part of the winter sale just the normal 10% off it already had. It is a brand new game though. When I get paid next month, gonna pick up the DLC for tales of maj'eyal since its on sale till january 2nd
